Thank you!  Without a ton of support, guidance, generosity of time and spirit, proofreading and cheerleading, not to mention patience and corrections, neither this website, nor this private practice could have been created.  There are so many to thank, I am sure to miss at least a few.  I am likely to be steadily adding to this list, as I proceed.
